Donation Request

At Domaci, we believe getting involved in our communities makes a meaningful difference. 

Throughout the year, we consider a limited number of giving requests from registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations operating within the regions we serve. We cannot consider giving requests from religious, political and non-registered charities. 

Requests must be made through this donation request form below at least 60 days prior to the event. We are unable to accept requests in our stores, mail, email or phone. Requests are filled at the discretion of Domaci and may take up to six weeks to be processed. A submitted request is not a guarantee of donation. 

Organizations may only request one in-kind donation per calendar year.
