Can I request a future shipping date if I'm not ready for my order?
By default, all special order items are shipped directly from the manufacturer as they become available.
For instance, if your order includes an in-stock item and a backordered item, then the in-stock item will typically ship to you immediately and the backordered item will ship when it becomes available.
If you're unable to receive your order until a later date, we ask that you make this request at the time of purchase. A request after your order has been placed with the manufacturer may not be eligible for a future shipping and delivery date.
Please note the following terms and conditions:
- We are not able to hold deliveries or schedule future shipping and delivery dates for all special order products. Please contact us before placing your order to request a future ship date.
- If your item ships and you're not able to take immediate delivery, you may be charged storage fee. See our Shipping Rates and Fees for more information.
- If you place your order with a future shipping and delivery date, we unfortunately cannot guarantee it will be available at the time you'd like it shipped.
- Backordered items may ship sooner than originally quoted. Unless a future shipping and delivery date was specified at time of purchase, your order will be shipped and delivered as it becomes available.
